Have you signed Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution Petition?

Sign Jamie's petition to save cooking skills and improve school food.
Maybe it's not your thing, and that's okay. Come back Monday for our regular fare. I respect your opinion and your choices.
But health and nutrition are important to me and to all of us and the complete failure of our country to promote and support it is totally frustrating. I believe our children should be given healthy food in school. For some, it is the only chance at decent, healthy food they will get. I feel that filling them with fake, processed, chemical laden food is shameful.
I showed my support, will you?
Ally

I will so long as they don't take cupcakes from the schools. Cupcakes are important for birthdays and celebrations and some schools refuse to serve them anymore :/
Thanks for the link! I meant to sign up, but like so much else in my life, it's still on my To Do list.
I watch this show every week, and am tempted to send Jamie the Middle Child's elementary school lunch schedule. Because I still don't understand how in a middle-class suburb of Boston, a soft pretzel and cheese stick is a "nutritious" lunch. That said, did I mention my kids brown-bag it every day?
I signed it a few days ago. I am on a roll between his show and having watched Food, Inc. on Earth Day last week. Undergoing a radical pantry/fridge metamorphosis at our house. I don't know what I'm doing, but I do know what I don't want in my house!!
