- Just A Normal Mom
- My best friend and I have always said we are the normal ones - it's everyone else with the problems! At least it makes us feel better, even if it might not be true. I'm the forty-something mother of a teenage boy and a black lab mix, married and living in the Pacific Northwest where I grew up. Hubs and I lived on Maui when we met and we often dream of moving back some day. In the meantime, I write about life. A little of this, a little of that. I love humor and probably complain too much. But that's just because the world around me isn't 'normal', like me!

That would be way too ambitious for me. Heck putting in a new toilet was an all day job!!
I hope you have a wonderful and safe holiday! And that time off? So jealous of you! I have to go back to work on the Monday booo!
The only plans I have for my long stretches of time off are, in no particular order:
Put laundry away
Drink wine
Do laundry
Play with Boo Boo
Have a cocktail
Eat
Cook
Make chocolate dipped salted oreos
Drink Wine
Have a mani/pedi
vaccum
Drink Wine
Have a cocktail
Eat
Go swimming at the resort up North with Boo Boo and our friends...
Drink Champagne!
