This week's topic is Guilty Pleasures. I decided to go with my Guilty Viewing Pleasures - movies and shows I love to watch on those oh-so-rare days that I get to snuggle up and watch whatever I want. The ones that I've seen a hundred times, and can watch again anyway. (Okay, usually this only happens when I'm sick, but still.) These are in no particular order:
1. The Holiday - Jude Law, Jack Black, Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet
2. Hope Floats - Sandra Bullock, Harry Connick Jr.
3. Thomas Crown Affair - Pierce Brosnan, Rene Russo
4. Dirty Dancing - Patrick Swayze, Jennifer Grey
5. M*A*S*H rerun marathons
6. NCIS rerun marathons
7. The Shawshank Redemption - Morgan Freeman, Tim Robbins
8. Apollo 13 - Tom Hanks, Gary Sinise, Ed Harris, Kevin Bacon, Bill Paxton
9. The Horse Whisperer - Robert Redford, Kristin Scott Thomas, Scarlett Johansson
10. PS I Love You - Hilary Swank, Gerard Butler, Harry Connick Jr (best line: "Sorry, I have a syndrome." Seriously, Harry Connick, Jr has the BEST lines in this movie.)
Okay, it's supposed to be a list of 10, so I'll stop. But I could go a little further - I love guilty pleasure watching.

I loved The Holiday and The Shawshank Redemption!
Some of my guilty pleasures things to watch are:
American President (Michael Douglas)
The Princess Diaries (I know I know)
The really really old Disney movie, "Polyanna". (I know, again. yawn)
Any of the Vacation movies with Chevy Chase (my son gave me the boxed set, LOL)
TV:
Chopped
I shouldn't be alive
Man Woman and Wild
Kitchen Nightmares.
Yea I'm kinda weird.
Harry and Ed Burns make my eyes happy. I love MASH! I could share Time with you on the Couch with popcorn!
Hope Floats is such a great movie and those NCIS marathons are fabulous, especially during rainy and/or cold days.
We would get along just fine with a list like that! I also love Terms of Endearment.
NCIS, the one show I can watch over and over and never get tired of it. I also like to fall asleep to it. My favorite line was when Tony said "I don't freakin' know!" with such an attitude...loved it!
I have such fond memories of watching M*A*S*H with my family. Great list of guilty viewing pleasures (I could list more than ten also). :)
i have the biggest crush on harry conick jr! that smile melts me every time!
I love any low-bottom, horrid murder and abduction stories and tabloid crap. I am basically a bottom-feeder, TV-wise, so that's why I got rid of our tv. You, however, have much better taste in shows! (-:
